Carl Veno

Biography

Mr. Veno who has written a wide scope of articles for magazines, has been mentioned in a New York Times Sunday magazine. He was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize for editorial writing on secret government meeting while working for a newspaper in Bucks County, PA. Carl was an Army paratrooper with the 11th airborne at Fort Campbell, KY and attended St. Bonaventure University.

Mr. Veno has worked as a journalist and an editor for The Orlando Sentinel, Yonkers Herald Statesman, Mount Vernon Argus, Bergen Record, New York Daily News, The Hudson Dispatch, The Newark News, and The  Free Press of Quakertown. He has written news articles for The Olean times Herald, Allentown Morning Call, New York Conservation magazine, Ring Magazine, several California newspapers. He has been on several editorial panels, lectured at Lehigh University and was the editor of Quakertown Free Press when the newspaper captured  over 32 editorial awards.
